This show marks a beginning and a conclusion for us- a glimpse into the past two years of our lives. Two years  immersed in this adventure, thoroughly invested in the growth and expanse of our skills as designers.

RESOLUTION is the visual showcase of our collective best, only made possible because we are individual pieces working together to create something of meaningful quality. A curation of countless processes finessed and polished to its highest resolution.

Two years ago, we entered the BFA program as 24 well-rested graphic design novices. After many, many late nights, caffeinated beverages, and morale-boosting karaoke sessions, our time at CSULB has come to a close. If you know us, you're familiar with just how much the program has consumed our lives over the last four semesters. You've heard and tolerated us rambling about projects, deadlines, and critiques incessantly. In one month, we'd like to share all of that hard work with you in person. This show is something we've been working towards since our first month as strangers. For two days, we are transforming Nobo gallery into our own curated graphic design experience - highlighting all of our individual and collaborative efforts as family: a celebration of our work, a goodbye to our studies, and a thank you to our supporters.


OUR GOAL

For this show to be as spectacular as we hope, there are inevitable expenses that come with the territory. We are entirely self-funded, and in preparation we've acquired income from two main sources: a fee we all contribute quarterly, and numerous fundraising events. But that doesn't mean we couldn't use a little extra boost from all of our friends, family, and supporters! All the money we've raised and the money we hope to raise from this campaign will go directly towards venue costs (which include rental and workers) as well as all the fees for set-up and printing. And as a little extra thank you, we will include an exclusive RESOLUTION-branded show item with your donation. We'd greatly appreciate any contributions you can offer, but even if it's not possible, sharing our website and this donation page would help heaps!
